Registered Nurse - ICU (Travel/Contract)

Location: Milford, Massachusetts
Shift: Night (3 shifts per week, 12 hours each; 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM)
Contract Length: 13 weeks

Job Summary

• Provide nursing care in an Intensive Care Unit (ICU) setting.
• Work schedule includes every other weekend and holidays.

Required Qualifications

• Valid RN license in Massachusetts
• Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
• Minimum 2 years of ICU (Intensive Care Unit) nursing experience, including experience within the last year

Preferred Certifications (Depending on Unit)

• Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS)
• Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP)
• Trauma Nursing Core Course (TNCC)
• Electronic Fetal Monitoring (EFM)
• Chemotherapy certification (for Oncology units)
• Crisis Prevention Institute (CPI) certification
• NIH Stroke Certification
• Management of Assaultive Behavior (MAB)

Additional Information

• Candidates must comply with facility-specific documentation and attestation requirements, including state-specific clearances and background checks.
• Candidates declining certain vaccines must complete facility-specific declination forms where allowed.
• The facility requires passing certain competency exams on the first day of orientation; failure may result in immediate cancellation.
• Prior travel experience is not explicitly required for this position.

Work Environment

• ICU night shift with 36 hours per week (3 shifts of 12 hours).
• Work includes every other weekend and holiday coverage.
