Registered Nurse – Medical Surgical (Night Shift)
Location: Albuquerque, New Mexico
Employment Type: Travel/Contract
Contract Length: 13 weeks
Job Details
- Shift: Night (4 shifts of 12 hours; 18:30 to 7:00)
- Hours per week: 48 (36 or 48 hour options; anything over 48 hours is overtime)
- Unit size: 32 beds
- Nurse-to-patient ratio: 1:6
- No call required; floating to like units only
- Weekend requirement: 6 weekend shifts within 6 weeks
- Charting system: Epic
- Rapid response team activation required
- Unit accepts first-time travelers
Required Qualifications
- Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in New Mexico
- Minimum 1 year of Medical Surgical nursing experience within the last year
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification issued by the American Heart Association or American Red Cross
- Associate of Science in Nursing (ASN) or Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN)
