Job Overview

Position: Registered Nurse (MS/Telemetry)
Location: Greensboro, NC
Employment Type: Travel/Contract
Shift: Night shift, 3 shifts per week, 12 hours each (7:00 PM – 7:30 AM)
Contract Length: 13 weeks

Job Description

Provide direct nursing care in assigned unit ensuring proper patient care.
Analyze patient information (medical history, diagnostics, current condition) to develop individualized care plans.
Administer medications and treatments.
Reconcile medical records for accuracy and compliance.
Evaluate patient responses and adjust interventions as needed.
Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams.
Perform other assigned duties.

Required Qualifications

Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in North Carolina
Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
Minimum 1 year of experience as a Registered Nurse (RN)
Minimum 1 year of Med Surg / Telemetry experience within the last year
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification issued by American Heart Association (AHA) or American Red Cross (ARC)
NIH Stroke Scale (NIHSS) certification
Orientation Safety Manual Acknowledgement
