- Start Date: October 6
- Shift: 8-hour day shifts only (no 4x10 or 3x12 schedules)
- Patient Load: 1:1 ratio; may visit up to 6 patients per day (30 productivity points standard)
- Experience Required: Minimum 1 year of skilled Physical Therapy experience
- First-Time Travelers: Not accepted
- Weekend Requirement: 1 weekend shift per contract
- Certifications Required: BCLS (Basic Life Support)
- On-Call: Not required
- Floating Between Units: Not required

- Locals Accepted: Yes, within a 50-mile radius
