Job Details

• Start Date: October 6
• Shift: 8-hour day shifts only (no 4x10 or 3x12 schedules)
• Patient Load: 1:1 ratio; may visit up to 6 patients per day (30 productivity points standard)
• Experience Required: Minimum 1 year of skilled Physical Therapy experience
• First-Time Travelers: Not accepted
• Weekend Requirement: 1 weekend shift per contract
• Certifications Required: BCLS (Basic Life Support)
• On-Call: Not required
• Floating Between Units: Not required
