Employment Details

Type: Travel/Contract
Contract Length: 13 weeks
Shift: 3x12 Nights; 1800-0630
Patient Ratio Experience Required: 1:12-16
Weekend Shifts: 3 weekend shifts per 4-week schedule
Scrubs: Any color
RTO Limit: 2 requests per contract

Qualifications

Required Certifications:
- BLS (Basic Life Support)
- RRT (Registered Respiratory Therapist)
- ACLS (Advanced Cardiac Life Support)
- PALS (Pediatric Advanced Life Support)
- TNCC (Trauma Nursing Core Course) for RNs in specific units
- NIH Stroke Certification for RNs/LPNs/LVNs in specific units
- IV Certification (for LPNs)
- Tech Cert Verification - National
- NURSYS Verification (RN, LPN/LVN, AP)
- HIPAA Safety Manual Acknowledgement
- Basic Dysrhythmia exam (score 84% or higher)
Experience:
- 1 year of experience required
- First-time travelers are welcome

Health Requirements

Physical Exam: Within the last 12 months
TB Testing: PPD, Q-Gold, or T-SPOT required within 1 year of start
Vaccinations:
- Rubeola (Measles), Mumps, Rubella, Hepatitis B, Varicella
- Flu Vaccine required during flu season or approved exemption
Drug Screen: Required within 30 days of start
Background Check: Required within 30 days of start

Documentation

References: 2 professional references within 3 years of start
Education Verification: Required
Work History Verification: Required
State License Verification: Required

Additional Information

Candidates must review and sign various facility-specific documents, including confidentiality agreements and codes of conduct.
Acknowledgment of pass/fail testing and competency exams is required.
