Required Qualifications

Valid RN license in California
Med Surg experience within the last year
1 year of Med Surg experience
Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
BLS issued by American Heart Association or American Red Cross
ACLS issued by American Heart Association or American Red Cross
DCI/BVP
Driver's License
Experience with Epic

Onboarding / Compliance

Proof of MMR and varicella vaccination or attestation/declination
COVID-19 vaccination and booster or declination
Hepatitis B documentation or declination
Influenza vaccine or declination
TB test within 1 year of start
Tdap documentation; declinations accepted
Physical/health statement confirming clear to work, completed annually
Driver’s license, state ID, or passport
License/certification verification
Prime OIG screening
Prime Core Competencies Exam with score of 80% or higher
Prime Skills Checklist
Prime drug screening within 60 days of start
Prime color-blind test, completed annually
Prime criminal background check within 1 year of start
Prime Agency Attestation
Prime SAM/EPLS
Form I-9 employment eligibility verification
