CT Technologist Travel Assignment - Olympia Fields, IL

Position Details

Specialty: CT Technologist (CT, Cardiac CTA)
Employment Type: Long-Term Assignment (10 weeks)
Shift: Days, approximately 7:00 AM – 7:30 PM (day/evening shifts 9:00 AM–5:30 PM or 10:00 AM–6:30 PM)
Weekend Hours: Every other weekend, 11:00 AM – 7:30 PM
Call Requirements: None
Number of Openings: 1
Facility Type: Community-based hospital setting
Patient Types: Inpatient, Emergency, Outpatient
Equipment Used: GE, Canon CT scanners
EMR System: EPIC

Required Qualifications

Valid CT Technologist license in Illinois
Minimum 3 years of CT Technologist experience, including experience within the last year
ARRT (American Registry of Radiologic Technologists) certification
IEMA (Illinois Emergency Management Agency) certification
DCI/BVP (Workplace Violence Prevention training)
BLS (Basic Life Support) certification issued by American Heart Association or Red Cross

Onboarding Requirements

Completion of agency attestation and education modules prior to start
Prime Core Competencies Exam with a minimum score of 80%
Prime Skills Checklist submission required
Badge photo (clear headshot) for facility ID
Employment eligibility verification (Form I-9 or agency attestation)
Signed job description within the past year
Workplace Violence Prevention training (DCI/BVP)
