Job Opportunity: CT Technologist

Location: Columbus, Ohio
Employment Type: Long-Term Assignment (LTA)
Contract Length: 13 weeks


Work Schedule

  • Nights every Thursday, Friday, and every other weekend
  • Shift hours: 7:00 PM – 7:30 AM

Job Description

  • Multi-modality imaging as a CT/Radiology Technologist

Required Credentials & Onboarding Requirements

Certifications & Licenses

  • BLS (Basic Life Support): American Heart Association certification required for all direct patient care personnel. Must provide front and back images of the card.
  • License/Certificate Verification: Must be dated within 30 days of start. Online verification with machine-generated date required.

Health & Safety

  • Fit Test
  • Trinity 10 Panel Drug Screen: Completed within 30 days of start. Includes methadone, phencyclidine, benzodiazepines, cocaine, propoxyphene, amphetamines, opiates, 6-acetyl morphine, methaqualone, barbiturates.
  • COVID-19 Vaccine: Proof of booster by September 2025, declination or exemption accepted (except CA or IL). Valid through October 2026.
  • MMR: Proof of 2 vaccinations with dates or IgG titer lab report.
  • Hepatitis B: Must have started vaccination series prior to start; titers not accepted.
  • Influenza Vaccine: Proof of vaccine, declination, or exemption for 10/1/2024–4/30/2025 and 10/1/2025–4/30/2026 seasons. Declination not accepted for CA or IL.
  • 2 Step PPD OR IGRA (Quantiferon/Tspot): Positive TB requires chest x-ray within last year (specific states) or within 5 years (other regions).
  • Varicella: Proof of 1 vaccination or IgG titer lab report.
  • Physical/Health Statement: Documentation from exam within last year confirming fitness to work.

Professional & Compliance

  • Trinity Code of Conduct Form: Signed form required.
  • Trinity I9: Standard I9 completed by agency.
  • Confidentiality & Security Agreement: Signed agreement on patient and proprietary information security.
  • Integrity and Audit Services Form: Signed within days prior to start.
  • Conflict of Interest Disclosure Form: Signed form required.
  • Criminal Background Check: Federal, nationwide, county checks for last 7 years, including SSN verification, dated within 30 days of start.
  • Education Verification: Highest academic education verified by third party screening.
  • EPLS (Excluded Parties List System): Scanned report dated within 30 days.
  • GSA/OIG Exclusion Check: Scanned report dated within 30 days.
  • Joint Commission Testing: CORE exam within last year.
  • NSO (National Sex Offender) Check: Dated within 30 days, includes all aliases and locations. MI requires statewide check.
  • System Access Form: Must be completed and uploaded one week before start.

Competency & Skills

  • Specialty Specific Competency Testing: Specialty exam completed within the last year.
  • Skills Checklist: Provided by agency for clinical contractors.

Submission Requirements

  • Trinity Profile: Resume, skills checklist within a year, and 2 professional references required for submission.

This position requires thorough credentialing and compliance with health and safety standards prior to onboarding.
