Position Details

Compliance and Onboarding Requirements

Licensure and Certifications

• Valid professional nursing license with primary source verification (updated within 30 days of start).
• BLS (American Heart Association or Red Cross)
• ACLS (American Heart Association or Red Cross)
• PALS/NRP as required
• Prime Core Competencies Exam (must score 80% or higher; attestation accepted)

Health and Immunizations

• COVID-19 Vaccine: 2 doses plus booster or declination completed
• MMR: Proof of 2 vaccines or positive titer showing immunity
• Varicella: Vaccination or titer showing immunity
• Influenza Vaccine: Required for Nov 1, 2025 - Mar 31, 2026 (declinations accepted except at certain facilities)
• Hepatitis B: Declinations accepted
• Tdap: Declinations accepted
• TB Test: Negative result within one year of start date; if positive PPD, negative chest X-ray every 4 years
• Physical/Health Statement: Annual, must state clear to work

Background and Screening

• National Criminal Background Check within one year of start date (some state-specific exceptions)
• Drug Screening: Minimum 10-panel test including THC; for California, both urine (excluding THC) and saliva THC tests required within 60 days of start
• Prime OIG exclusion search
• Prime SAM/EPLS exclusion search
• Prime Agency Attestation (completed after all credentials uploaded)
