Job Description

Registered Nurses are responsible for assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating individualized patient care delivery. The RN provides clinical leadership to the patient care team for the assigned shift.

Requirements

• Experience: 3+ years of Med Surg experience (Required)
• Licenses/Certifications:

  • IL RN License (Required)
  • BLS (AHA) (Required)
  • ACLS (AHA) (Required within 30 days of start)
• Profile Requirements:

  • Work history
  • Skills Checklist, current to 1 year, pertinent to the specialty
  • 2 Supervisory References with dates employed listed
  • Permanent Address (Facility will not consider local candidates)
