Job Description

Hodgeman County Health Center is seeking a Radiologic Technologist with CT experience. This is an urgent position with expedited candidate feedback. The role involves performing radiographic procedures to produce diagnostic images in the radiology department, emergency room, and surgery suite using portable techniques. Responsibilities include:

• Providing procedural-related patient care and education.
• Maintaining records and documentation for procedures.
• Supporting patient care needs, including addressing language barriers.
• Ensuring confidentiality of patient records.
• Interacting professionally with patients and families.

The position requires the ability to work independently and proficiency in radiologic techniques. The candidate will also participate in a rotating on-call schedule for weeknights and weekends.

Qualifications

• Education/Experience:

  • Graduation from a minimum of a 2-year Rad Tech program or equivalent.
  • State of Kansas certification.
  • Registered with the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (AART).
  • One year of radiologic/CT experience preferred (new graduates will be considered).
• Additional Requirements:

  • COVID Vaccine or Medical/Religious Exemption.
  • Ability to start with Kansas license pending (proof of license application required prior to position offer).
