Job Opportunity: Per Diem Registered Nurse (RN) - Post Partum (Nights)

Job Description

• Provide holistic nursing care to patients and families, focusing on independent, collaborative, and delegated nursing functions.
• Care for neonates, infants, children, young adults, adults, and older adults throughout the life cycle.
• Execute Standards of Nursing Practice including assessment, nursing diagnosis, outcome identification, planning, implementation, and evaluation.
• Develop and revise patient care plans, coordinate care among disciplines, and delegate activities to other care providers as appropriate.
• Participate in shared accountability and decision-making for nursing practices.
• Promote and improve practice standards and the environment of care.
• Duties may vary based on assigned unit; specific clinical skills may be required beyond general RN expectations.

Required Qualifications

• Valid RN license in Minnesota
• Post Partum (2 years of experience)
• Post Partum experience within the last year
• BLS issued by American Heart Association or American Red Cross
• Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
