Overview

  • Travel/contract role in Anchorage, Alaska
  • 13-week assignment
  • Day shift, 3x12 hours
  • Start date: ASAP

Required qualifications

  • Valid RN license in Alaska
  • 2 years of Operating Room nursing experience
  • Operating Room experience within the last year
  • One completed travel assignment
  • BLS issued by American Heart Association
  • Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing

Schedule and assignment details

  • Weekend coverage required
  • On-call is limited to covering call-offs only
  • May float to like units if needed
  • Block scheduling is not available
  • First-time travelers are not accepted
  • Permanent address must be at least 50 miles from the facility
  • Pending license is accepted, but the license must still be in hand for auto offer

Additional notes

  • Scrubs are provided
  • Parking is free
  • Charting system: Epic
  • Guaranteed hours: 60 per 2 weeks
  • Time off is reviewed individually and must be included with the submission
