Overview

• Travel/Contract assignment in Saint Cloud, Minnesota
• 13-week contract
• Day shift, 4x9 hours, primarily 9:00 AM–6:30 PM, Monday–Friday
• May need some weekend help
• No call

Required Qualifications

• CT Technologist
• 1 year of experience
• CT Technologist experience within the last year
• ARRT (CT)
• BLS issued by American Heart Association
• IV insertion skills
• Will accept first-time travelers
• Primary residence must be 25 miles from the facility

Additional Requirements

• Criminal background check required within 1 year of start
• GSA/SAM excluded provider check required
• OIG excluded provider check required
• Third-party education verification required
• Minnesota DHS NetStudy fingerprint clearance required before start
• Physical exam within 1 year of start
• Fit mask required
• Tdap vaccination required
• TB documentation required
• Measles, mumps, rubella, and varicella immunity/vaccination documentation required
• Hepatitis B vaccination, positive titer, or declination required
• Flu vaccine or declination required during flu season
• Two recent employer references required
• Skills checklist required
