Location: Greensboro, North Carolina
Contract Length: 13 weeks
Shift: Nights, 3 shifts per week, 12 hours each (7:00 PM - 7:30 AM)

Job Description

• Provide respiratory care for both adult and pediatric patients, including critical care.
• Experience required in Emergency Department (ED), Adult ICU, and Pediatric general care; Pediatric ICU (PICU) experience preferred.
• Perform airway management, medication administration, ventilator management, arterial blood gases (ABGs), oxygen therapy, suctioning, pulmonary toileting, bronchoscopes, nebulizer treatments, BiPAP, and CPAP.
• Experience with Servo I ventilators preferred.
• Adult respiratory care experience is a must; candidates with minimal pediatric experience will be considered.
• Schedule includes every 3rd weekend and holiday rotation.
• Facility enforces a zero-tolerance policy for tardiness and unexcused absences.

Required Qualifications

• Valid Respiratory Therapist license in North Carolina
• Minimum 1 year of Respiratory Therapist experience within the last year
• Experience working with both Adult and Pediatric patients
• Certifications required:

  • BLS (Basic Life Support)
  • ACLS (Advanced Cardiac Life Support)
  • PALS (Pediatric Advanced Life Support)
