Operating Room RN Travel Contract

Overview

Required Qualifications

• Valid RN license in Oklahoma
• Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
• Driver's License
• Utility bill in the traveler’s name with matching address from within the last 3 months
• 2 years of OR experience
• OR experience within the last year
• BLS issued by American Heart Association or American Red Cross
• ACLS
• PALS issued by American Heart Association or American Red Cross
• EKG/Dysrhythmia competency testing during compliance
• Pending state license not accepted

• NRP

Additional Notes

• EKG/Dysrhythmia competency scoring is required during compliance if offered
• All RNs must attend patient care orientation
• If no EPIC experience within the last 6 months, EPIC class is required before receiving the schedule
• Fit testing is completed onsite
• Housing/lodging is not specified as included; if available, it would be at additional cost
