Required Qualifications

Valid RN license in Ohio
ICU - Intensive Care Unit (2 years of experience)
ICU - Intensive Care Unit experience within the last year
ACLS issued by American Heart Association
BLS issued by American Heart Association
NIHSS
Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
2 years of comprehensive stroke center experience in a large hospital with some neuro experience
Experience with Epic

Unit Overview

Fast-paced ICU caring for neurological diseases and disorders, including seizures and strokes, with overflow ICU patients from Medical Surgical ICU and Heart and Vascular ICU.

Scheduling and Float Expectations

Traveler is first to float at the facility’s discretion
May float within the specialty cluster and to other campuses as needed
Must be available every other weekend and holiday

Additional Notes

RTO must be requested with the initial submission; no RTO will be added after offer
Two shifts may be canceled due to low census during the contract
Contract may be ended with 2 weeks’ notice without fee or fine
