- Daily Caseload: Approximately 25 total exams per technologist (ED, inpatient, outpatient)

Required Qualifications
- Years of Experience: Minimum 2 years in Radiology / Cardiology specialty
- License: Active Indiana state license required by start date (pending licenses accepted if active by start)
- Certifications:
- BLS (Basic Life Support) - AHA only
- ACLS (Advanced Cardiac Life Support) - AHA only
- PALS (Pediatric Advanced Life Support) - AHA only
- NRP (Neonatal Resuscitation Procedure) - AHA only
- Other certifications as required by unit/job description
Background and Compliance Requirements
- Criminal background check within 90 days of start, including education and license verification
- EPLS/GSA/SAM and HHS/OIG checks within 30 days of start and updated annually
- Education verification (official transcripts or diplomas required)
- Drug screening: Negative 10-panel drug screen within 30 days of start
- Fingerprinting required for certain roles (not specified for this position)
- References: Minimum 2 references from managers/supervisors within 1 year
- Skills checklist and competency exams as applicable (medication test, dysrhythmia/EKG competency, core parts I-III, OSHA mandatory, etc.)
Health and Immunization Requirements
- Physical exam within 1 year of start, signed by MD, NP, or PA
- Immunizations and titers required:
- Tetanus/Diphtheria/Tdap (within 10 years)
- Negative TB test (QGold or TSpot within 30 days) or chest X-ray if positive
- Rubeola (Measles), Mumps, Rubella: Positive titer or proof of 2 vaccines
- Hepatitis B: Positive titer or vaccination series recommended; Hep B declination form required regardless
- Varicella: Positive titer or proof of 2 vaccines
- Seasonal Flu vaccine required annually (medical/religious exemptions allowed)
- COVID-19 exemption forms accepted (medical/religious) but subject to facility approval
- Mask fit testing (N95 or equivalent) within 1 year of start, unless currently working at the facility
Additional Information
- Must have a valid driver’s license or state ID with current address
- Must complete facility-specific documents including privacy policy, TB questionnaire, contractor data sheet, and others prior to start
- Badge and Vocera device must be surrendered upon last shift to avoid charges
- Prior travel experience is not explicitly required for this position
