Job Opportunity: RRT-NICU (Respiratory / Neuro Diagnostics)
Location: Worcester, Massachusetts
Employment Type: Travel/Contract
Contract Length: 13 weeks
Job Description
- Previous NICU experience is required.
- Level 1 trauma center with high acuity patients.
- Cross campus coverage required (University, Memorial, Marlborough).
- Schedule: Every Other Week (EOW) / Every Other Holiday (EOH).
Required Qualifications
- License: Massachusetts Respiratory Therapist (RRT) license in hand required.
- Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience, including hospital/acute care/critical care.
- Certifications:
- BLS (Basic Life Support)
- ACLS (Advanced Cardiac Life Support)
- PALS (Pediatric Advanced Life Support)
- Prior travel experience is not explicitly required.
Additional Requirements
- Valid Driver’s License/State ID.
- Background checks including 7-year criminal background check, education verification, and state-specific clearances.
- Health documents including:
- Physical exam within 12 months of start with fitness to work statement.
- Immunizations or declinations for TB, MMR, Hepatitis B, TDAP, Varicella, Flu, COVID-19, and others as applicable.
- Drug testing within 30 days of start.
- References: 2 references within 3 years of start.
- Employment application covering 7 years of employment history with explanations for gaps over 30 days.
- Skills checklist required prior to start and updated annually.

- Cross campus coverage across multiple hospital locations.
