Job Description

• Assess, plan, organize, and participate in rehabilitative programs aimed at restoring vocational, homemaking, daily living skills, and general independence to disabled persons.
• May complete medical necessity reviews for requests involving highly complex durable medical equipment, supplies, and Occupational Therapy services.
