Job Details

• Start Date: ASAP
• Contract Length: 13 weeks
• Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM
• Call: No call required
• Floating: Required as needed within scope

Experience & Certification Requirements

• Specialty: Radiology / Cardiology
• Years of Experience Required: 1 year
• Certifications Required:

  • BLS (Basic Life Support)
  • ACLS (Advanced Cardiac Life Support) as required
  • PALS (Pediatric Advanced Life Support) as required
  • NRP (Neonatal Resuscitation Procedure) as required
  • TNCC (Trauma Nursing Core Course) as required
  • State License verification (Texas RRT Tech Cert required for RRTs)
  • National Tech Certification (e.g., ASCP for Med Lab Techs)

Prior Travel Experience

Background & Compliance Requirements

• 7-year criminal background check within 1 year of start, updated annually
• EPLS/GSA/SAM and HHS/OIG checks required within 30 days of start and updated for contract renewals
• Proof of I9 or Attestation
• Government issued photo ID required during hours of service
• Residency Declaration Form if working on a compact license
• Confidentiality and compliance agreements must be completed prior to start

Health & Immunization Requirements

• Initial physical exam, updated annually, attesting ability to meet physical demands
• Immunizations or titers required for:

  • Tetanus/Diphtheria/Tdap (within 10 years preferred)
  • Measles (Rubeola)
  • Mumps
  • Rubella
  • Hepatitis B (series, titer, or declination)
  • Varicella
• Negative TB test or chest X-ray within 1 year of start, updated annually
• Seasonal flu vaccination required for the 2025-2026 season (medical and religious exemptions accepted)
• COVID-19 vaccination required; medical/religious exemptions require facility-specific forms

• Proof of 2 clinical references or hospital evaluations
• Completed employment application/resume
• Skills checklist and competency exams as applicable
• Medication/pharmacology competency exam required as applicable

This position offers a structured weekday schedule with no call and floating as needed, suitable for candidates with at least 1 year of experience in Radiology or Cardiology. First-time travelers are welcome to apply.
