Job Details
- Start Date: January 19
- Shift: Days (4x10-hour shifts), Monday through Thursday
- Contract Length: 13 weeks
- Guaranteed Hours: 36 hours per week

- Attendance Policy: Zero-fault attendance policy; any missed scheduled shift counts as unexcused; 2 missed shifts = warning, 3+ missed shifts = possible cancellation (rolling calendar year)
Experience & Certifications
- Required Specialty Experience: Minimum 3 years as a Registered Nurse
- Prior Travel Experience: Not explicitly required
- Special Requirements:
- Cardiac knowledge with self-rating of 3 or above
- Basic dysrhythmia training preferred (self-rating 3 or above)
- Wound Certification preferred
- Certifications Required:
- ACLS (AHA or American Red Cross; RQI accepted) – required for Tele/PCU, ER, ICU/CCU, PACU, OR; preferred but not required for Observation unit
- BLS (AHA or American Red Cross; RQI accepted) – required for all units
- PALS (AHA or American Red Cross; RQI accepted) – required for all Pediatric units; preferred but not required for Observation unit
- NRP – required for NICU, L&D, and Postpartum units
- Electronic Fetal Monitoring – required for L&D unit
- NIH Stroke Certification – required for Med Surg, ER, and ICU; must be updated annually
- Competency Exam: Unit-specific competency exam must be submitted

- Required immunizations or titers: Measles (Rubeola), Mumps, Rubella, Hepatitis B, Varicella
- Drug test (10-panel) required within 30 days of start with negative results
- Flu vaccination or approved medical/religious exemption required during flu season (Oct 1 – May 1)
- References: 2 required prior to start
- Work history verification for last 3 years (attestations acceptable; can be pending at start)
- Annual skills checklist and performance evaluation or 2 references from Charge RN or higher if worked with agency for 1+ year
- Facility-specific documents including confidentiality agreement, job description acknowledgment, code of conduct acknowledgment, marketing consent, and badge photo required prior to start
- Completion of facility Oracle and WorkRamp training modules required before start date
Additional Notes
- Travelers must complete lab work within 48-72 hours of signing contract
- Photo for badge must be a clear, front-facing picture with plain white background and no filters
- Modules and training must be completed by specified deadlines prior to start to avoid cancellation
