Job Opportunity: Cath Lab Tech

Location: Fayetteville, Arkansas
Employment Type: Travel/Contract
Contract Length: 13 weeks

Job Details

• Full-time, 4 shifts per week, 10 hours each
• Rotating call schedule: at least 1 day per week, up to 2 days if needed
• Rotating weekends (every 3rd weekend)

Required Qualifications

• Valid Cath Lab Technologist license in Arkansas
• Minimum 1 year of Cath Lab Technologist experience, including experience within the last year
• ARRT or CCI certification

Required Certifications

• ACLS (Advanced Cardiac Life Support)
• BLS (Basic Life Support)
• Other certifications as applicable to specialty and facility requirements

Background and Compliance Requirements

• 7-year criminal background check (updated annually) covering all locations lived/worked in past 7 years
• Education verification and diploma/transcript required (official transcripts only)
• Federal exclusion screenings (EPLS/GSA/SAM, HHS/OIG) required and updated with each contract renewal
• Drug screening: Negative 10-panel drug screen within 30 days of start (instant acceptable for some)
• Physical exam attesting ability to meet physical demands, updated annually
• Immunizations and health documents including:

  • Tetanus/Diphtheria/Tdap (within 10 years)
  • Negative TB test or chest X-ray within 1 year, updated annually
  • Measles, Mumps, Rubella documentation or titers/vaccines
  • Hepatitis B documentation or declination
  • Varicella documentation or titers/vaccines
  • Seasonal flu vaccination or approved exemption (mask required if exempt)

Additional Requirements

• Government-issued photo ID carried during hours of service
• Color blind exam required (MD office or online accepted)
• Proof of 2 clinical references or hospital evaluations
• Verification of past 2 assignments/employments
• Completion of skills checklist and internal evaluations if applicable

• Prior travel experience is not explicitly required for this position.
