Work Schedule

• Evening shift, 5 days per week (5x8 hours)
• Shift hours: 3:00 PM to 11:30 PM
• Rotating weekends required
• Float to other campuses as needed

Job Description

• Seeking a CT X-ray technologist to provide coverage on a set schedule
• Must have experience in endovascular procedures and all orthopedic imaging

Required Qualifications

• Valid CT Technologist license in California
• Minimum of 4 years of CT Technologist experience, including experience within the last year
• ARRT Radiography (R) certification
• ARRT CT certification
• Fluoroscopy permit
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
• Certified Surgical Technologist (CST) certification

Required Documentation & Compliance

• Valid photo ID (Driver’s License or Passport)
• Background checks within 90 days prior to start, including:

  • SSN trace
  • 7-year nationwide, county, and national criminal searches
  • EPLS/GSA/SAM and HHS/OIG sanction checks
• Education verification of highest level completed
• National ARRT certification verification within 15 days prior to start
• Physical exam within 90 days prior to start, signed by MD, DO, PA, NP, or APRN confirming good health and ability to perform job duties
• Fit mask test within 90 days prior to start (specific mask models required)
• Immunizations and health screenings:

  • Tetanus/Diphtheria/Tdap within 10 years or signed declination
  • Negative TB test or chest X-ray updated annually
  • Proof of immunity or vaccination for Measles, Mumps, Rubella (MMR)
  • Positive Hepatitis B titer or signed declination
  • Proof of Varicella immunity or vaccination
  • Seasonal flu vaccination or signed declination (masking required during flu season)
• Drug screening via oral saliva test within 30 days prior to start (rapid tests not accepted)
• Color blindness exam within 90 days prior to start
• Employment history verification for the past 3 years
• Current resume including last 7 years of employment
• References as required by agency standards

Additional Requirements

• Completion of facility-specific competencies and new employee orientation modules on the first day of work
• Photo for badge (passport style, no filters)
• Adherence to facility policies including masking during flu season

This position is ideal for experienced CT technologists with strong endovascular and orthopedic imaging skills, comfortable working evening shifts with rotating weekends, and able to meet comprehensive credentialing and health requirements.
