Pros
The hospital is amazing to work. For I actually worked for smilo cancer center, from july until january. And then on the other side on the east pavilion, I work for med surge from january until april. My coworkers were great.
Cons
The unfortunate thing is, it is very expensive to rent in CT. I paid 2350.00. Fortunately, I was safe, but there is a whole lot of crime here, and a lot of shootings. Even though your company will pay for your parking, it is very expensive to come out of pocke first and then you're reimbursed,if that is what your company will offer you. You cannot park close to the hospital. You have to park in these parking, lots blocks and blocks down the road and a bus will take you to work. So you must arrive early enough because the bus makes it stops and you need to be on time.
