Job Opportunity: Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)

Job Description

Position in Long-Term Care (LTC) setting
Requires 1 year of experience as an LPN in the specialty

Required Qualifications

Valid LPN/LVN license in North Carolina
Minimum of 1 year of Long Term Care experience within the last year
ACLS certification issued by the American Heart Association or American Red Cross, required prior to start and must be maintained throughout assignment
BLS certification required
PALS certification required
NRP certification required

Additional Information

Scrub color: Any
Must carry government-issued photo ID during hours of service
Religious and medical exemption forms for flu vaccine must be completed on facility-specific forms if applicable
