Radiation Therapist

Overview

• Travel/Contract role in Billings, Montana
• 13-week assignment
• Day shift: Monday–Friday, 7:00am–4:00pm
• Call rotation: 1 week every 5 weeks
• 40 hours per week

Required Qualifications

• Current and valid driver’s license, government photo ID, or passport
• 7-year background check required within 30 days of start and renewed annually
• EPLS/GSA/SAM required within 30 days of start
• HHS/OIG required within 30 days of start
• Highest level of education must be verified and meet the minimum required education for the position
• Valid Radiation Therapist license in Montana
• Radiation Therapist (1 year of experience)
• Radiation Therapist experience within the last year
• BLS - Basic Life Support issued by American Heart Association
• State license required within 30 days of start
• Negative TB testing required and renewed annually
• Negative drug screen within 30 days of start and renewed annually
• Initial series of COVID vaccines or medical/religious exemption required
• Flu vaccination or documentation required during flu season
• 2 references required, including a direct supervisor reference within the last year
• Employment application must be current and include 7 years of employment with explanation for any gaps greater than 30 days
• Application – Missing Information Tracking must be current and include 7 years of employment with explanation for any gaps greater than 30 days
• Skills checklist required as applicable

Preferred

• Work history verification for the 5 years
• Tetanus/Diphtheria/Tdap within 10 years of start or signed declination

Additional Notes

• Proof of name change may be needed if applicable
• Physical exam within 1 year of start is required for Aya Direct
• Fit mask testing is required within 12 months prior to start and renewed annually
• Billings - OSHA Form is required for onsite fit testing
