On-call / weekend coverage: every third weekend and one additional day per week

Workload

40 hours per week
Productivity expectation: 30 points
Coverage area: Kanawha County

Responsibilities

OASIS visits

Required Qualifications

Valid RN license in West Virginia
Home Health experience within the last year
Home Health (1 year of experience)
BLS
Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing

Preferred Experience

Home health experience

Additional Details

Mileage reimbursement between visits is included
Dress code: royal blue
Professional certification is required
