Job Type
- Temporary contract
- 13 weeks
- 40 hours per week
- 8-hour day shifts, Monday through Friday
- No on-call or weekend requirement
Work Setting
- Home health
- Coverage areas: Marion, Hamilton, and Johnson counties
Key Responsibilities
- OASIS start-of-care assessments
- Discharge visits
- Recertification visits
- Medication setup and wound care
Required Qualifications
- Valid RN license in Indiana
- Home Health (1 year of experience)
- Home Health experience within the last year
- Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
- Experience in a Home Health setting
- HCHB (Home Care Health Base) experience
Additional Details
- Mileage reimbursement between visits is provided
- Dress code: any solid-color scrubs
