Job Opportunity: Off-Shift Patient Care Manager (RN)

Location: Bronx, New York
Contract Length: 13 weeks

Job Summary

Seeking an Off-Shift Patient Care Manager to support nursing staff during the 11 PM to 7:30 AM shift. This role involves assisting staff on various units without direct reports, focusing on operational and clinical issue resolution.

Required Qualifications

Registered Nurse (RN) license required
ACLS and BLS certification
Experience or skills in:
- Conflict resolution and mediation between staff or patients
- Quickly identifying and addressing operational and clinical issues
- Understanding nursing practice and standards
- Knowledge of and adherence to collective bargaining agreements

Additional Information

No direct supervisory responsibilities
Shift: Overnight (11 PM - 7:30 AM)
