Registered Nurse – Endo/GI Lab

Location: Omaha, Nebraska
Contract Length: 13 weeks
Shift: Days
Hours: 8 hours/day, 40 hours/week
Schedule: Four 10-hour shifts per week, plus one weekday call and weekend call every 4-5 weeks

Job Highlights

• Strong circulating and teching skills required for advanced Endoscopy procedures such as EUS and ERCP.
• Fingernail policy: Artificial nails are prohibited in all patient care areas; refusal to comply will result in contract termination.
• RN candidates must pass a skills exam during orientation with a minimum score of 90% (open book, resources provided); failure results in termination.

Required Qualifications

• Current RN license.
• ACLS and BLS certification.
• Experience in Endoscopy/GI Lab nursing.
• Ability to work 10-hour shifts plus call as scheduled.

Additional Information

• Return to Office (RTO) required within 7 days of contract start; no extensions allowed.
• Orientation includes a pass/fail exam on skills learned.
• Candidates should be prepared to provide personal documentation such as DOB, SSN, permanent address, and COVID vaccination or exemption status.
• Prior experience with EPIC within 6 months is requested but not mandatory.
• Previous employment with certain healthcare systems must be disclosed.
