Location: Pahala, Hawaii
Employment Type: Contract
Contract Length: 13 weeks

Position: Registered Practical Nurse (RPN) for Emergency Room (ER), Acute, and Long-Term Care (LTC) facility
Facility Type: Small critical access hospital with no separate units; RNs cover all areas
Shifts: Six 12-hour shifts totaling 72 hours in a two-week period, with every 3rd weekend off
Responsibilities:
- If assigned to ER and no patients are present, provide backup support in acute and LTC areas
- If assigned to medication administration, must pass meds and perform procedures for LTC and acute patients
Facility is not latex-free

Must have an active Hawaii nursing license by the start of the assignment (travelers without an active State of HI license must apply upon acceptance)
Minimum 2 years of experience in an Emergency Department (ED)
Basic Life Support (BLS/BCLS) certification required
Prior travel experience: Required

Must arrive the Thursday before the start date for an employee health appointment on Friday
Timeliness for start date is critical; do not accept if unable to arrive on time
