Deliver patient care through the nursing process: assessment, nursing diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation.
Direct and coordinate nursing care based on nursing practice standards.
Collaborate with healthcare professionals to provide quality, cost-effective, and efficient care.
Serve as a resource person when needed.
Apply age-specific considerations and cultural diversity in patient care.
Care for patients from birth to elderly, including post-surgical and behavioral health patients.
Conduct initial assessments and reassessments every 24 hours.

Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in Alaska
Associate of Science in Nursing (ASN) or Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN)
Minimum 2 years of Med/Surg nursing experience, including experience within the last year
Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
Current Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification
