Job Description

• Provide comprehensive assessment, outpatient and aftercare, and crisis intervention for mental health and substance abuse clients.
• Deliver direct services including individual, group, and family counseling/therapy.
• Maintain ethical behavior consistent with professional codes of ethics.
• Participate in weekly clinical team meetings and staff meetings.
• Complete documentation timely and efficiently as required by funding sources and agency policy.
• Represent the agency professionally in the community.
• Participate in needs assessments to identify behavioral health needs in the community.
• Provide consultation to staff and community agencies as needed.
• Maintain strong working relationships with community human service agencies and organizations.
• Coordinate treatment activities with other departments under supervision.
• Participate in treatment team meetings and case conferences with involved parties.
• Participate in 24/7 on-call rotation.
• Advocate for clients within and outside the agency.
• Maintain effective communication standards with coworkers.
