Responsibilities

• Provide personalized, high-quality rehabilitative services and evaluations
• Track and document patient progress using Net Health and facility systems
• Foster long-term relationships with residents and empower them to stay engaged in their well-being
• Guide patients, family members, and facility staff through therapy programs, goals, outcomes, and benefits of rehab
• Maintain a professional, courteous, and compassionate demeanor
• Collaborate with fellow therapists to maintain a positive, passionate team environment

Qualifications

• Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
• Active Occupational Therapy license in Pennsylvania in good standing
• Genuine passion for working with the senior population
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Teamwork-driven and positive approach to all interactions
