Registered Nurse - Night Shift

Job Summary

Responsible for delivering resident care through the nursing process, including assessment, diagnosing, planning, implementation, evaluation, and documentation of direct and indirect nursing care in accordance with the physician's plan of care. Collaborates with other healthcare professionals to ensure effective and efficient resident care and achievement of desired outcomes. Incorporates knowledge of residents' age and cultural diversity into care provision. Contributes to quality nursing care through performance improvement techniques demonstrating positive outcomes.

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience as a Registered Nurse
• Graduate of an accredited school of professional nursing
• Current California RN license
• Current CPR certification

Skills and Abilities

• Proficient in utilizing the nursing process for care delivery, including administering treatments and medications
• Ability to interpret diagnostic tests and formulate care plans
• Collaborates effectively with other healthcare providers
• Provides education to residents and/or their significant others
