PACU / Recovery Room RN

Overview

Travel RN position in PACU / Recovery Room
1 opening
36 guaranteed hours per week
Shift hours: M-F rotating shifts, starting at 6:30am, 7:30am, 9am, or 10am; may vary based on surgery schedule
Weekend coverage is call only
Call requirement: M-F 7pm-7am; Saturday or Sunday 7am-7am, 5-6 times per month
Contract length: 13 weeks

10 beds
Patient ratio: 2:1
Equipment includes DEFIB, ULTRASOUND FOR BLOCKS, and Phillips monitors
No ventilator in the unit currently

Required Qualifications

Valid RN license in Indiana
Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
PACU - Post Anesthesia Care (5 years of experience)
PACU - Post Anesthesia Care experience within the last year

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with all ages, including Peds

Additional Notes

Float requirements: no
Scrub color: ceil blue-provided
First day is orientation
