EP Lab Technician

Role Summary

Travel EP Lab Technician in Evansville, Indiana. Primary location is Deaconess Midtown Hospital. This assignment is 13 weeks, with 40 guaranteed hours per week.

Schedule

Days, 4x10
Start date: ASAP
Call is one weekend every three weeks, Saturday and Sunday, 6:30 AM to 3:00 PM, with a 60-minute response time
No overnight call for EP, though late stays occur about 30-35% of the time
Every third weekend and holiday coverage as scheduled

Float Scope

Potential to float between Midtown and Gateway campus based on census

Required Qualifications

Indiana license
ARRT
2 years of EP experience
Majority EP saturation
Knowledge and experience in Epic, Cupid, or MacLab
Radiation safety
Experience with procedure fluoroscopy equipment, including Philips or GE procedure rooms
Hands-on scrub experience under physician supervision
Sterile technique
EP lab experience with device implants such as pacemakers and ICDs, as well as ablations with working knowledge of CARTO and NAVX/Ensite

Additional Details

40-mile radius rule; no local candidates
Hospital scrubs provided
COVID-19 vaccine not required, subject to change
