Medical-Surgical Registered Nurse

Overview

• Travel assignment in Rhinelander, Wisconsin
• Start date: ASAP
• 12-hour variable shifts
• Every other weekend and every other holiday
• Can be low censused and put on call; call back minimum is 2 hours

Required Qualifications

• Wisconsin RN license
• AHA or American Red Cross BLS
• AHA PALS

Preferred Experience

• 2 years of med-surg experience preferred
• Candidates with at least 1.5 years of med-surg experience may be considered

Float Scope

• Float to alike units
• May float to Howard Young, Tomahawk, and Eagle River
• Floating can be prescheduled if needed

Additional Notes

• EPIC charting experience
• Radius rule: contractors must be outside a 50-mile radius of Aspirus Rhinelander
• Eligible for 36 hours of low census unbillable hours
• During flu season, travelers who decline flu and COVID vaccination must wear a mask at all times; compliance is mandatory
