Job Opportunity: Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) - NICU (Travel)

Location: Green Bay, Wisconsin
Employment Type: Travel
Contract Length: 13 weeks
Shift: Night shift (6:30 PM - 7:00 AM), every other weekend and holiday rotation
Guaranteed Hours: 36 hours per week (except during holidays and orientation week)
Float Requirements: Will float between NICU, Pediatrics, and Deliveries

Unit Overview

NICU transitioning from Level 2 to Level 3
Family integrated care model unique in the state

Required Qualifications

Valid Wisconsin Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) license
Certifications: AHA BLS, AHA PALS, and NRP
Minimum 2 years of experience as an RT with firm Level 3 or 4 NICU experience
Experience with NAVA, Servo ventilation, oscillators, and neonatal resuscitation at deliveries
Epic charting experience within the last year

Additional Information

Travel experience strongly preferred but skilled first-time travelers will be considered
Must be resilient, able to manage change well, open to feedback
Hospital provides scrubs
Contractors must live outside a 50-mile radius of the facility
Orientation includes an 8-hour unbillable session
Candidate must start medical compliance within 48 hours of offer acceptance (24 hours for quick start)
