Job Opportunity: RN - Labor & Delivery (L&D)

Location: Billings, Montana

Job Summary

Perform independent nursing and delegated medical functions according to state Board of Nursing standards.
Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care.
Continuously evaluate patient health status through data collection and assessment.
Provide health teaching, counseling, therapy, and supportive/restorative treatment directly or indirectly.
Execute delegated medical functions and refer patients for further evaluation or treatment as needed.
Review and monitor therapy and treatment plans.
Document care in compliance with hospital and regulatory guidelines.
Utilize resources effectively.
May float to other departments within competency and qualifications based on business needs.
May be required to be on-call during scheduled shifts.

Contract Length

Approximately 13 weeks (89 days rounded to nearest week).

Required Experience & Skills

Must be able to perform all essential nursing duties satisfactorily.
Registered Nurse licensure and qualifications as per state requirements.
Prior experience as a Registered Nurse is preferred (no explicit minimum years specified).
