Registered Nurse – Emergency Room
Location: Hartford, Connecticut
Employment Type: Long-Term Assignment (LTA)
Contract Length: 13 weeks
Shift: 7:00 PM – 7:30 AM (Night Shift)
Hours: 36 hours per week
Job Description
- Responsible for managing Emergency Department (ED) and Inpatient Hold RN ratios and acuity during the night shift.
Required Qualifications
Licensure and Education
- Valid RN license in Connecticut.
- Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing.
Experience
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in the Emergency Department (ED) within the last year.
- Experience in an inpatient setting.
Certifications
- BLS (Basic Life Support) issued by the American Heart Association.
- ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support).
- PALS (Pediatric Advanced Life Support) or ENPC (Emergency Nursing Pediatric Course).
- TNCC (Trauma Nursing Core Course).
