Location: Cleveland, Ohio
Shift: 7:00 PM – 7:30 AM
Contract length: 13 weeks
Employment type: LTA

Required Qualifications

Valid RN license in Ohio
Stepdown experience within the last year
1 year of stepdown experience
BLS issued by American Heart Association
ACLS issued by American Heart Association
NIHSS
Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
Driver's License
Vascular Surgery experience

Health and Immunization Requirements

MMR immunity
Varicella immunity
Hepatitis B series, partial series, or signed declination
Tdap within the last 10 years
Fit test within 1 year of start
TB screening
Influenza vaccine required October through March; declination requires masking while working

Additional Notes

COVID-19 vaccination is preferred, not required
Temporary licenses are not accepted
