Respiratory Therapist Job Summary

Role

Respiratory Therapist
Travel assignment
Night shift: 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM
Works every other weekend and every other holiday
No block schedules

Contract Length

13 weeks

Required Qualifications

Valid Respiratory Therapist license in Illinois
Respiratory Therapist (1 year of experience)
Respiratory Therapist experience within the last year
BLS issued by American Heart Association or American Red Cross
ACLS issued by American Heart Association or American Red Cross
PALS issued by American Heart Association or American Red Cross
NRP
DCI/BVP
Driver's License

Onboarding Requirements

COVID-19 vaccination or declination completed
MMR immunity documentation
Annual respirator fit test completed before start
Hepatitis B documentation
Influenza vaccine or declination, if applicable during the stated flu season
TB test within 1 year of start
Government-issued ID
Social Security card or passport in lieu of Social Security card
Physical/health statement confirming clear to work
Drug screen within 60 days of start
Varicella immunity documentation
Tdap documentation
Annual TB questionnaire
Prime core competencies exam with a score of 80% or higher
Prime skills checklist
