Registered Nurse – Telemetry I (Per Diem)

Location: Redding, California
Employment Type: Long-Term Assignment (approximately 52 weeks)
Shift: 7:00 PM – 7:30 AM (Night Shift)
Float Requirement: Must float to other units without exceptions


Job Description

  • Provide nursing care on a Medical-Surgical Telemetry unit
  • Per diem position with night shift hours
  • Must be flexible to float as needed

Required Qualifications

Licensure & Certifications

  • Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in California
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification issued by American Heart Association or Red Cross
  • Workplace Violence Prevention Training (DCI/BVP)

Education

  • Associate of Science in Nursing (ASN) or Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN)

Experience

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in Telemetry nursing
  • Recent Telemetry nursing experience within the last year

Additional Requirements

  • Valid Driver's License
