Location: Reno, Nevada

Shift: Day shift, 12-hour shifts; Night Call/Weekend Shift available
Start Date: January 17
Job Description
- RN Cath Lab position with preference for candidates available through the end of January and the first week of February.
- Position is Per Diem for 26 weeks.
- Minimum compliance requirements must be met prior to starting; full compliance profile must be completed within two weeks after the start date.
Required Certifications & Licenses
- Active nursing license verification
- BLS (Basic Life Support)
- ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support)
- PALS (Pediatric Advanced Life Support) and NRP (Neonatal Resuscitation Program) certifications as applicable
- Proof of MMR (Measles, Mumps, Rubella) and Varicella vaccination or attestation of vaccination/declination
- COVID-19 Vaccine: 2 doses plus booster required or declination completed
- Hepatitis B vaccination (declinations not accepted)
- Influenza vaccine or declination required (Nov 1, 2025 - Mar 31, 2026)
- TB Test within one year of start date
- Tdap vaccination (declinations not accepted)
- Driver’s license, State ID, or Passport
- Physical/Health Statement completed within 60 days of start, must state clear to work
- Annual respirator fit test (if applicable)
Additional Compliance Requirements
- Primary source verification of professional license and certifications
- Education verification (diploma or transcripts accepted if third-party verification unavailable)
- National criminal background check within one year of start date
- Drug screening: Minimum 10-panel test including THC (with specific requirements for California locations)
- Prime Core Competencies Exam (must score 80% or higher)
- Prime Specialty Exam (must score 80% or higher)
- Prime Skills Checklist
- Prime Color-blind test (annual)
- Prime Agency Attestation
- Prime SAM/EPLS exclusion search
- Prime Form I-9 (Employment eligibility verification)
- Prime Orientation Packet (includes Essentials Form and Post Test)
- Prime Job Description signed by employee
- Resume reflecting accurate and recent work history at time of offer acceptance
- Two professional references required (one must be from a manager or direct supervisor)
- Name Verification Affidavit if there are discrepancies between credentials

- Prior travel experience is not explicitly required for this position.
