Job Description

• Position: RN Telemetry (Night shifts)
• Candidates must be available to work weekends.
• Growing Per Diem Pool for RN Telemetry/Med Surg.
• Start Date: January 17, 2026
• Can start with minimal compliance but must provide remaining compliance within two weeks after starting.

Required Experience

• Specialty: RN Telemetry I

Compliance & Credential Requirements (Must be completed for onboarding)

Licenses & Certifications

• Valid professional nursing license with primary source verification (updated within 30 days of start).
• BLS (American Heart Association or Red Cross)
• ACLS (American Heart Association or Red Cross)
• PALS/NRP as required
• Prime CA Sexual Harassment Prevention Training (valid for 2 years)
• DCI/BVP (Workplace Violence Prevention training)

Health & Immunizations

• COVID-19 Vaccine: 2 doses plus booster or completed declination
• MMR: Proof of 2 vaccines or positive titer showing immunity
• Varicella: Vaccination or titer showing immunity
• Hepatitis B: Declinations accepted
• Influenza Vaccine: Required for Nov 1, 2025 - Mar 31, 2026 (declinations not accepted at some locations)
• TB Test: Negative result within 1 year of start date
• Tdap: Declinations accepted
• Physical/Health Statement: Must be cleared to work, completed annually

Background & Screening

• National Criminal Background Check within 1 year of start date (some state-specific exceptions apply)
• Drug Screening: Minimum 10-panel test including THC, with additional saliva THC test for California locations (within 60 days of start)
• Prime SAM/EPLS exclusion search
• Driver’s License, State ID, or Passport

Testing & Attestations

• Prime Core Competencies Exam: Must score 80% or higher (attestation accepted)
• Prime Skills Checklist
• Prime Agency Attestation (completed after all credentials uploaded)
• Prime Form I-9 (Employment eligibility verification)
• Prime Job Description signed by employee
• Prime Color-blind test (annual, Relias accepted)

Additional Notes

• Candidates must provide all required compliance documents shortly after starting if not completed beforehand.
• Fit testing for respirators is optional but recommended; must be completed prior to start if not done onsite.
• Two professional references required at time of offer acceptance (one must be from a manager or direct supervisor).
• Resume must be up to date and reflect recent work history at time of offer acceptance.
