Job Overview

Travel/contract assignment
Start date: 9/14
Duration: 17 weeks
Shift: Day or night, 3x12 hours
Weekend work required
Floating may be required to other acute care floors
First-time travelers accepted with strong cardiac telemetry skills
Expected to work 2 of the 3 major holidays

Required Qualifications

Valid RN license in Washington
Telemetry (2 years of experience)
Telemetry experience within the last year
ACLS issued by American Heart Association
BLS issued by American Heart Association
Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing

Required Certifications

ACLS
BLS

Unit Details

Short stay procedure and post-op unit with a strong cardiac focus
Patient population includes post-cath, CTO, PCI, EP, and surgical short stay cases
Fast-paced environment
Average daily census: 22 patients
Medicine or surgery overflow may occur

Additional Notes

Scrubs provided for OR personnel
Charting system: EPIC
Parking cost: $10.26 daily
