Neuro ICU Registered Nurse Travel/Contract Position

Location: Dayton, Ohio
Shift: Night (4 shifts per week, 12 hours each, 7:00 PM – 7:30 AM)
Hours per Week: 48

Job Overview

Fast-paced Neuro ICU in a comprehensive stroke center treating neurological diseases and disorders such as seizures and strokes.
Also supports overflow ICU patients from Medical Surgical ICU and Heart and Vascular ICU.
Floating required: may be assigned to other campuses within 15 miles and to other specialty clusters as needed.
Must be available to work every other weekend and holidays.

Requirements/Qualifications

Valid RN license in Ohio
Minimum 2 years of ICU (Intensive Care Unit) experience, including experience within the last year
ACLS certification
BLS certification issued by the American Heart Association
NIH Stroke Scale (NIHSS) certification
Associate of Science in Nursing (ASN) or Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN)
Experience with Epic electronic medical record system
