Job Overview

Travel/Contract role in Auburn, New York
Day shift: 4x10 hours, 8:00–18:30
Contract length: 13 weeks
Must be able to start on 11/2 or close to 11/2

Required Qualifications

Valid Cath Lab Technologist license in New York
Cath Lab Technologist (2 years of experience)
Cath Lab Technologist experience within the last year
ARRT or RCIS certification
Unexpired government-issued photo ID
Background check within 1 year of start covering all locations lived/worked/in school for the past 7 years, updated annually
EPLS/GSA/SAM clearance prior to facility start
HHS/OIG clearance prior to facility start
BLS certification
Orientation Safety Manual acknowledgement
National certification/verification prior to facility start and upon expiration, as applicable by profession and state
State license verification prior to facility start and upon expiration, as applicable by profession
Nursys verification prior to facility start, as applicable by profession
Skills checklist
2 professional references within 3 years of hire
New York NYS Nurse Aide Registry requirement
New York State NYS Medicaid Exclusion List requirement
